Khidmah won FM Award for Education & Development initiative of the year at Facilities Management Middle East 2011 Awards. The Award ceremony held at Zabeel Saray on the Palm Jumeirah on June 1st, 2011. Over 300 people, gathered to take part in one of the biggest events of the industry calendar, recognizing companies who had achieved above and beyond what was expected in the area of facilities management.

Khidmah received an award for education and development initiative of the year for its Emirati Internship Program. The program develops future leaders and exposes UAE nationals to the Property and FM industry through meaningful assignments allowing students to get firsthand experience in sector.

Khidmah also received a Highly Commended Award for Cleaning Provider of the year, a shortlisted nomination for Landscaping Company of the year, a Highly Commended Award for Sustainable FM Company of the year, a Highly Commended Award for FM Company of the year and presented the Young Facilities Manager of the year Award.
