

Taghrid El Taha,، Sr. Supervisor - Call Center & Customer Service
Ms. Taghrid El Taha leads the Khidmah Center (Call & Customer Center) for leasing, maintenance, reSales, and property management services. She is also responsible for developing and implementing call center policies and strategies, researching and introducing the latest technological devices to have a smooth communication between the Call Center team and other Khidmah teams on sites.
Before joining Khidmah, she worked for Sorouh as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Asset and Property Management Division and as Tenant Relations Advocate. She also worked for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Ankara, Turkey. Ms. Taghrid holds a Bachelors degree in International Relations and is fluent in Arabic, English and Turkish.Latest News
