Abu Dhabi, UAE – December 13, 2010: Satisfying existing clients is a key to gain more business. Only 5 months back, Khidmah introduced its services to Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) and welcomed the opportunity to work for the organization. Through its exceptional services, Khidmah managed to meet the client’s expectations and as a result, today Khidmah is honored to be awarded the contract for 5 additional properties from ADJD to provide Facilities Management services.

Khidmah’s contract with ADJD started on July 1st, 2010 to manage 19 properties. Today Khidmah is managing a total of 24 properties for ADJD, with an increase of 26%. These properties are located in Abu Dhabi, Western Region and Al Ain.

Khidmah won the contract through a highly competitive tendering process. A detailed Communication strategy and update sessions with ADJD team helped Khidmah, increasing the performance levels of FM services for the client.

For additional buildings, Khidmah will provide full scope Facilities Management Services including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Civil maintenance services, all with the help of 23 technicians, 3 team leaders and 1 Facilities Manager. Khidmah will also support ADJD management in managing different contractors on sites and taking over different scope of works.
