End of year appreciation lunch
Abu Dhabi, UAE – 31 December, 2009- Khidmah LLC, Abu Dhabi’s first Emirati-owned and operated services management company, bid farewell to a successful year and marked the beginning of a new one with appreciation lunches it organized for its on-site employees in all property developments that it manages in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai.

The three lunch gatherings allowed over 170 workers to socialize in a friendly atmosphere and celebrate the festive season with their colleagues. 125 workers from three developments s attended the gathering in Abu Dhabi, while the similar team lunch events in Al Ain and Dubai brought together 31 and 21 workers respectively.
Sutton Turner, Chief Executive of Khidmah, said:
“Since our launch in April 2009, we’ve had an incredibly successful year and we realize this would not have been possible without the hard work of our on-site employees. A large part of our success depends on the quality of the service we deliver, which in turn depends on the dedication of our workers on the ground. With these end of year lunches, we wanted to assure our employees that we truly appreciate their hard work and look forward to further growth with them in 2010.”
Khidmah’s growth since its establishment is reflected both in the increase in the number of its staff and the expansion of its services across various developments. In the first six months of its operation, the Khidmah team grew from 20 to 230 employees with the appointment of a number of industry veterans from the UAE and international markets to key positions within the company and the hiring of an important on-site work force. Khidmah currently manages the luxurious villas at Golf Gardens, Sas Al Nakhl Village and Khalidiya Village, commercial units for office space in the prestigious Khalidiya/Corniche Tower in Abu Dhabi and Al Oyoun Village in Al Ain.
