The Abu Dhabi based and operated Services Management company achieved the international standard, which recognizes organizations that demonstrate highly effective business processes, commitment to continuous quality improvement, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

The ISO certification verifies that the management system of Khidmah has been audited and was found to be in accordance with the requirements of the management system standards of ISO 9001:2008. In February 2011, Khidmah initiated the process with the help of Kayzed Consultants, who conducted certification audits in June 2011, yielding the certifications recognition. This certification by TUV Inter Cert will remain valid for 3 Years with surveillance audits annually.

Musanada is a leading shared services entity   that manages around 3, 200 facilities which includes; Government buildings, schools, mosques, sports clubsand social facilities among  others.
