Khidmah will now provide its Facilities Management services in Oceana, a prestigious beach front community located on the Palm Jumeirah. The development consists of 644 luxurious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses and boasts a private beach, infinity pool and lazy river. In Dubai, Khidmah is already providing FM services to MAG214 & Lake Shore Tower at Jumeirah Lake Towers.

Earned through a highly competitive tendering process, it is anagreement for Facilities Management, MEP & Civil services, Cleaning, Lifeguards and Health Club Management. Khidmah mobilized these services to the client with the help of 40 direct staff and workers. In addition to the performance based contractual terms with the owners association, Khidmah will also work towards achieving Energy and Water savings for the owners while also delivering increased key performance indicators on service levels.
