Abu Dhabi, UAE – 03 October, 2010: Khidmah LLC, Abu Dhabi’s first Emirati-owned and operated services management company, announces today that it has signed a MOU with Middle East Facility management association (MEFMA) to become its corporate member. This is in line with company’s objective to provide value added facilities management services to its clients by following best practice industry guidelines. Khidmah is also involved in a number of industry panels with MEFMA which are aimed at developing recommendations to the industry on a number of challenges across the region.

Khidmah possess an impressive portfolio of properties under facilities management, which includes villa communities, residential units and commercial towers for leading developers as well as individual owners in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai. It also includes 234 Mosques in Abu Dhabi Western region, buildings for government institutions such as Municipality and Judicial departments in Abu Dhabi. This Corporate membership with MEFMA will allow Khidmah to provide benchmarked services to its clients, and to ultimately benefit the end-user.
