Abu Dhabi, UAE – 08 July, 2010: Khidmah LLC, Abu Dhabi’s first Emirati-owned and operated services management company, announced today the awarding of another important Facilities Management (FM) contract to manage buildings of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, another prestigious client. This is an FM contract that the company was awarded through an official tender process.

The scope of the contract includes 18 buildings of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department both in Abu Dhabi and across the Western Region. Khidmah will provide reactive and planned maintenance services to the buildings.

This new contract adds to Khidmah’s impressive portfolio of properties under management, which includes villas at Golf Gardens, Sas Al Nakhl Village, Khalidiya Village and the commercial units in Khalidiya/Corniche Tower in Abu Dhabi, Al Oyoun Village in Al Ain, Lake Shore Tower and MAG214 Tower in Dubai, and 8 buildings of the Municipality of Abu Dhabi, among over 17 projects managed by the company.
